Tattoo Cover-Up

Do you have big noticeable tattoos that you might need to cover up for an event; a wedding, pageant, etc? Today I had the honor to do a tattoo cover-up for an Alaskan pageant contestant, Astrid Stark. Astrid has a giant beautiful tattoo that covered her upper back and upper arms. I won't reveal all of my secrets to you, but what I will do is show you the before and after, and the process from start to finish.
